When you place an order you will automatically receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email is your receipt and proof of purchase. Please save it for your records. Mima Forever is not responsible for confirmation emails that go to your spam folder — please check there if you don't see it within a few minutes!

ORDER ACCURACY
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order. This includes your shipping address, item selection, size, color, and any custom or personalization details. Mima Forever is not responsible for errors in orders caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

All custom or personalized orders must be requested through our Custom Order Request form. Please do not add customization notes directly to a cart item — orders placed this way cannot be guaranteed and may cause delays.

Simple color changes within the options already shown for a piece (for example, choosing a different available bead or cord color) do not change the price. However, any changes that add to or modify the piece beyond what is pictured — such as additional spacers, beads, or charms — will affect the final price. In these cases, we will review your request and send you a revised quote before any custom work begins.

Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is received, it is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please double check all spelling, dates, names, and details before submitting your request.

HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Each Mima Forever piece is handmade by hand which means slight variations may exist between pieces. These variations are not defects — they are what makes your piece truly one of a kind!

WARRANTY

Mima Forever jewelry is handcrafted for decorative and fashion purposes. We do not offer a warranty against normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tarnishing, fading, stretching, or breakage from everyday use. Jewelry should be kept away from water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to help preserve its condition.

This does not affect our Damaged or Defective Items policy — if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please see our Returns & Exchanges page for how we'll make it right.

PAYMENTS
All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Your payment information is never stored on our website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, photos, and content on Mima Forever are the sole property of Mima Forever and may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any way without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mima Forever's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Mima Forever reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
