Because every piece is handmade to order, processing times vary:

• Ready-made pieces: 3–5 business days

• Custom or personalized pieces: 7–14 business days

• You will receive an email with your estimated completion date at time of purchase

• Orders under $20: flat rate shipping of $4.99

• Orders $20 and over: FREE shipping

SHIPPING CARRIER

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking included on every order — no exceptions! At this time we offer standard USPS shipping only; expedited or 1-day delivery options are not currently available.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package anytime at usps.com.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Mima Forever is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery.
